3
8. T&L3, detail 5, and T&L4- sump liquid sensor is not shown at the lowest sump point Revised locaƟon EHD:
corrected.
9. Provide cut sheets for tank sumps and penetraƟons (including electrical) 0and for all UDC
and Vent sump penetraƟons, leak detectors, overfill. See aƩached EHD: some cut sheets were provided but some
are sƟll missing, like tank sumps, vent sump, all UDC etc. For example, B1000 cut sheet was included for UDCs,
however, the UDC part number listed on the plans doesn’t match the provided UDC cut sheet. Please provide cut
sheets for all the parts listed on the parts list.
10. The provided parts order list shows 2 tanks with 2 compartments each, plans show two compartment and
three-compartment tanks, clarify and send in the corrected parts order list Revised parts list tanks , 100, 103 see
T&L7 and 7.1 EHD: corrected.
11. Provide installer/tester cerƟficaƟons for FE Petro and Flex-ing (Fireflex) When we have a contractor EHD: sƟll
need this.
12. Provide B-20 compaƟbility informaƟon for all components in contact with B-20 See aƩached sheets. EHD: it’s
unclear where this documentaƟon is included, please provide a separate file Ɵtled compaƟbility.
13. T&L4, the 6K/24K fill sump on 24K tank chaise penetraƟon is not located at sump wall but is
located inside the sump. Also, 6K super tank fill sump has an unlabeled penetraƟon and pipe with
what appears to be an electrical connecƟon that terminates at the boƩom of the sump. Revised details EHD:
corrected.
14. T&L4, details A3 and A4 don’t show chaise lines Added line. EHD: corrected.
15. T&L6, Need vacuum communicaƟon details. Added to details EHD: end-of-the-line vacuum communicaƟon
provisions couldn’t be located on UDC (T&L6), please point them out.
16. Bravo deflector plates are proposed on T&L6, submit bravo cut sheet and installaƟon
informaƟon and indicate on plans how they will be installed. Revised to tank manufacturer. EHD: corrected, per
plans no deflector plates will be installed, if they will be installed- provide the installaƟon details.
17. No chaise piping is shown to 20K diesel fill sump for vent piping run to vent transi Ɵon sump.
No chaise piping is shown for this tank on T&L1, update all necessary sheets as well as vacuum zone
details, piping length and volumes. See T&L1 and tanks secƟons. EHD: corrected.
18. It’s unclear if the master/ satellite piping is VPH-monitored double wall piping. Provide a
revision that illustrates, that master/ satellite dispenser piping is double wall and VPH monitored. No monitoring
details or vacuum hose connecƟons are shown inside the UDCs x-secƟons for master/satellite dispensers. Update
vacuum zones to include pipe lengths and volume details.
Revised the details to show this. YES THEY ARE MONITORED EHD: corrected.

19. Not all parts on the list parts and their diamond reference numbers on each respec Ɵve plan
sheet match across the plans. For example, part 402 listed mulƟple Ɵmes on T&L2 and appears to
point to a Bravo sump penetraƟon, is listed as Fire Flex on the parts list located on page T&L7. To
avoid any plan review delays, ensure that all parts lists are accurate on the future submiƩals (pages
T&L7 and T&L7.1) and reference accurate parts on all the plan sheets. Done
EHD: some issues are sƟll observed with this item. The following list is not all-inclusive and some other issues may
exist with the parts list reference system, here are some of the examples. Part number 823 (on the parts list) is
listed as 23 each, this part is a combinaƟon of 806 and 815 parts for a complete 823 assembly. However 806 part is
also listed separately as 23 each as well as part 815 listed at 23 each- please clarify how many of these will be
installed. Part 400 is listed on several plan sheets, but not included on the parts list. Please provide an explanaƟon
on part 209 “single port spill plaƞorm” installed on the vent sump. Three parts 218 (vent sumps containment
boxes) are listed on the parts list, but only one vent sump is proposed on the plans. Part 229 on sheet T&L3 points
to the overfill prevenƟon drop tube, part 229 on parts lists is idenƟfied as a manhole cover. Also, 6 Wayne ovaƟon
dispensers are listed on the parts list (parts 300 and 302), however, based on plans 8 dispensers will be installed on
the car side. T&L1 lists 6 of part 300. In the interest of expediency and to eliminate future revision requests, please
review all the parts on the parts list and their references on all plan sheets and correct all the discrepancies, not
only those listed above.
