LDT Xerxes Mobilizations <br /> On April 17, 2025, LDT located 2 external breaches. <br /> A large breach was located at the reservoir riser pipe <br /> connection. <br /> A second potential breach was also traced to a location 2 feet <br /> below the centerline near the compartment seam. This breach <br /> could not be confirmed until the larger breach near the reservoir <br /> connection was repaired. <br /> On May 1, 2025, the breach at the connection point was repaired <br /> WT <br /> by the Xerxes crew with assistance from site contractor. The <br /> riser pipe was removed and reattached.
