PERSHING AVENUE, STOCKTON, CA 95207 <br />Facility Description <br />March 3, 2023 <br />v:\1858\active\185851132\05_report_deliv\deliverable\reports\2023_rpt_17334_ust.docx 2.1 <br /> <br />2.0 FACILITY DESCRIPTION <br />2.1 SITE LOCATION <br />The site is located at the northwest corner of North Pershing Avenue and Rose Marie Lane in Stockton, San Joaquin <br />County, California (Figure 1). The property is bounded to the east by North Pershing Avenue, to the south by Rose <br />Marie Lane, and to the north and west by commercial businesses and associated parking lots. The site is located in <br />a mixed residential and commercial area. <br />2.2 SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The site is an operating 7-Eleven convenience store (Figure 2). Two 10,000-gallon double-walled steel USTs were <br />located in the southwestern portion of the property. A concrete dispenser island pad with two dispenser islands was <br />located east of the USTs. The USTs were not replaced. The former dispenser island and UST areas were <br />resurfaced with asphalt following the UST removal. <br />
