Or <br /> maintenance ,that affects it potential for a discharge . . . ". The Conti SPCC requires an amendment. <br /> Background: Conti Materials Service owns a Cummins Onan QuietSite II generator that houses a <br /> double wall base tank with capacity of 250-gallons. It must be added to the existing SPCC Plan . <br /> Amendment: The portable Cummins Onan QuietSite II generator contains a 250-gallon diesel <br /> double wall base tank. This tank has secondary containment built in.
