PLAN REVIEW AND AMENDMENT HISTORY <br /> As required by 40 CFR 112.5, Conti Materials Services (Conti) reviews, evaluates, and amends this <br /> Spill Prevention , Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plan whenever any changes in facility design, <br /> construction, operation , or maintenance materially affect its potential for a discharge.
