Stockton, CA
June 29, 2023
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 E. Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
Phone (209)468-3438
RE: FACILITY PLANS "620 E. Yosemite Ave., Manteca, CA 95336"
Attached you can find the proposed plans for review. We hope the project meets the CRFC and San
Joaquin County requirements. Our goal is that all its equipment will guarantee the safety and health of
the staff and, of course, future customers of this business.
This letter has the goal of providing general information regarding this facility:
The project is taking advantage of the existing equipment in the facility. The owner wishes to venture
into selling BBQ Chicken and Ribs. The project doesn't include seat service at all.All food will be "to go"
or"take out" The business is already equipped and has all equipment and support systems in place,
working, and in good condition. Here are some items/comments regarding this project:
1)The facility interiors (all counters are made of stainless steel)ensure an easy surface for
cleanable purposes, as pointed out by the CRFC.The facility's interior walls are polished stucco
except for the preparation table and three bay sinks areas, which are protected with wall-
mounted stainless-steel sheets.
2)Attached are the specs for the equipment, like refrigerators, prep tables, etc.
3)The city of Manteca provides potable water and sewer services.
4) Water heater specs are attached.
4)The current system already provides interior lighting
5) As you can see is a small operation.
Sincerely,
Luis Roblejo
P.S.
