Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HW SQG Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 21, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 39251 S WOLFE RD, FRENCH CAMP <br /> Facility Name: <br /> MULLER, RAYMOND <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br />one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br />and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Code of Regulations 66266.130 3030004 - Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br />OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br />on-site. The following used metal oil or fuel filter containers were on-site: <br />- One black metal 55 gallon drum containing used oil filters in the hazardous waste storage area are overflowing, open <br />container, no labeling <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil Filters. <br />California Health & Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately drain all metal oil and fuel filters of free-flowing liquid, store them in closed, <br />rainproof containers. Label the container with the words “drained used oil filters” or "used gasoline filters", depending <br />on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used filters stored on-site greater <br />than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous <br />waste. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 38 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2) 3010022 - Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br />OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br />directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br />of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br />the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br />consolidated emergency response / contingency plan on-site.
