The biodiesel tank <br />seepage noted in the monthly inspections was repaired by a 3rd party tank contractor on 10- <br />11-24. We have contracted with Condor to provide the SPCC plan update. I will keep you <br />posted when it is complete and provide you the RTC form and documentation.
