If I recall correctly, the gasoline and diesel drums are stored West of T8 not in the same locations
with other oil drums/Totes locations. May be adding another arrow to identify the location will do.

Let me know if that answers your question.

Best Regards,

Haza

From: Jordan Johnson <jordan.johnson@vpps.net>
Sent: Wednesday, October 9, 2024 9:02 AM
To: Saeed, Haza [EHD] <hsaeed@sjgov.org>
Subject: RE: CUPA Inspection Reports-3550 S HWY 99

Haza,

Question about the third APSA violation regarding the site map. If I understand the inspection
report correctly, the 55-gallon diesel drum wasn’t on the site map and needs to be added.
According to the SPCC Figure 3 site map (excerpt below), the Covered Outdoor Storage Area
where the drum was stored was already labeled as a drum and tote storage area (portable
container storage). Doesn’t that satisfy the requirement to include the diesel drum storage
location on the map?

Jordan Johnson
Safety & Regulatory Specialist
Valley Pacific Petroleum Services, Inc.
