Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br />and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2) 3030034 - Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility . <br />OBSERVATION: [LIST THE EQUIPMENT THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED, REPAIRED, TESTED OR MAINTAINED] <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br />equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br />its proper operation in time of emergency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the [LIST EQUIPMENT] into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing. <br />Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 51 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66273.35 3030011 - UWH accumulated universal waste for no longer than 1 year. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility could not demonstrate that universal waste has been stored on site for no longer than <br />one year. The following UW was stored on-site: - One 30-40 gallon drum was observed with an accumulation start <br />date of 12/22/2020. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66273.35 Accumulation Time Limits <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Since it could not be demonstrated how long this UW was stored on site, immediately <br />dispose of this UW in accordance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement, <br />the disposal record and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />within 30 days. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 60 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator at the time of inspection.
