The missing manifests are: <br />- 023612503JJK; date 10/18/2021 <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest to <br />the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) within 60 days if the destination facility signed manifest <br />copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br />for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD). <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 6 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2(c)(2) 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br />transported from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include: - Manifest # 02361240JJK; date <br />2-1-2022; 50 G <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from <br />the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). If the <br />receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three <br />years. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 8 <br />CA Code of Regulations 66261.7 3030058 - Empty containers > 5 gallons properly managed. <br />OBSERVATION: One 55 gallon metal drum observed in the hazardous waste storage area was without a label with <br />the word "empty" and date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br />must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7.
