No detections of petroleum hydrocarbons
No detections of PCBs
Some PAH detections in DP-1 composite although the detections appear to be below
commercial/industrial health-based thresholds (DTSC HERO Note 3). It should be noted that
the concentration of Dibenz(a,h)anthracene was 43 ug/kg, which is above the residential
threshold of 28 ug/kg but below the commercial/industrial threshold of 310 ug/kg.
No SVOC detections, except for a couple of analytes in the sample from DP-1; analytes that
are common to both the PAH analysis (EPA 8270C SIM) and the SVOCs analysis (EPA 8270C).

I have a question about invoicing. Should we invoice the in-scope work directly to the City of
Riverbank pursuant to the contract we executed with the City? For the out-of-scope tasks
(permitting and permitting fee, the additional dioxin/furan and asbestos analysis) should we bill to
SitelogiQ or the City of Riverbank?

Thank you,

John Lane, PG
Condor EarthOffice: 209-938-1061
Mobile: 209-743-7443
jlane@condorearth.com

From: Nathan Gustus <nate.gustus@sitelogiq.com>
Sent: Monday, August 26, 2024 2:13 PM
To: John Lane <jlane@condorearth.com>; Luke Castle <lcastle@condorearth.com>
Subject: Re: Riverbank WWTP Soil Sampling

Ok, let's move forward with both.
Nathan Gustus |Sr. Project Manager |M: 916.693.7140
From: John Lane <jlane@condorearth.com>
Sent: Monday, August 26, 2024 2:02 PM
To: Luke Castle <lcastle@condorearth.com>; Nathan Gustus <nate.gustus@sitelogiq.com>
Subject: RE: Riverbank WWTP Soil Sampling

CAUTION: This is an external email.
