SAN JOAQUIN <br /> Environmental Health Department <br />COUNTY- <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br />Facility Name and Address: WESTPOINTE APARTMENTS NE SPA, 6465 N WEST LN, STOCKTON 95210 <br />#9 Ladders and Handrails <br />OBSERVATIONS: The handrail is loose. Secure or tighten this handrail within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: A means of entry and exit shall be provided at both the shallow and deep end of the pool. Ladders and <br />handrails shall be corrosion resistant and shall be rigidly installed. At least one handrail shall extend from the deck to not less than a point <br />above the top of the lowest step. Handrails shall be installed between 28 to 36 inches above the steps and deck. (CBC 3111B) Pool <br />operator shall keep ladders and handrails well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br />#18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: There are crack observed near the mouth of the skimmer. Repair or patch these damages before May, <br />2021. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br />and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC 3108B) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: No float assembly and check valve observed. Provide these components within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All pads of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />#27 Pool Equipment Room <br />OBSERVATIONS: Overgrown vegetation observed in this spa equipment room. Clean and maintain this area clean and <br />accessible within a week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep ancillary facilities well maintained. (CCR 65535) All filters, valves, pumps, strainers <br />and equipment shall be readily accessible for repair and replacement. (CBC 3123B) <br />#30 Pool Equipment and Plumbing Maintained <br />OBSERVATIONS: There is leakage observed from heater. Repair this leakage within one month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All equipment related to pool operations shall be installed and maintained in accordance with manufacturer's <br />specifications and shall comply with applicable requirements established by applicable NSF/ANSI-50 performance standards.
