Maintain regular cleaning of skimmers. <br />No float assemby in skimmer. Provide. Corrected on site. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br />#25 Spa Emergency Shut Off Switch <br />OBSERVATIONS: Emergency shut off switch blocked by branches. Clear. Corrected. This is a repeat. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: A clearly labeled emergency shut off switch for both the spa recirculation and jet/aeration systems shall be <br />installed adjacent to the spa pool. (CBC 3138B) <br />#35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: No flow meter. Provide in 3 days. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3125B) <br />#38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance <br />OBSERVATIONS: Influent (40 psi) and Effluent (20 psi) difference greater than 20 psi. Clean or backflush filter so <br />difference is 10 or less. This is a repeat. <br />VIOLATION DESCRIPTION: All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3123B) Pressure gauge <br />located on the filter shall be marked with the clean startup reading. (CBC 3125B) Each filter vessel shall be provided with valves so that it <br />can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing. (CBC 3128B) <br />#46 Other <br />OBSERVATIONS: Spa was closed based on 9/22/2014 inspection, which required schedulign with EHD for a re-inspection <br />before the spa can be reopened.
