San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards section 9-9.2.1* states "To determine quality of water produced by a new water well, <br /> it shall be sampled by the EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after development, the <br /> installation of the well pump, and disinfection." The cost of sampling was included with the well <br /> permit issuance. <br /> ❑x Lack of or Inadequate Sanitary Seal at Wellhead. <br /> (SJC Ord.
