A billable complaint <br /> will be generated within 30 days of this notice if we do not hear back from you. <br /> Ox Water Sampling needed: <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) requires well sampling as part <br /> of the permitting process for any new or replacement domestic well. San Joaquin County Well <br /> Standards section 9-9.2.1* states "To determine quality of water produced by a new water well, <br /> it shall be sampled by the EHD for bacteriological and chemical analysis after development, the <br /> installation of the well pump, and disinfection." The cost of sampling was included with the well <br /> permit issuance. <br /> © Lack of or Inadequate Sanitary Seal at Wellhead. <br /> (SJC Ord.
