Call has been dispatched for FC to replace flex
piping in DSI Trans sump S. Upon arrival spoke with FC pertaining to scope of work. FC would like technician to install spike
gauges on both T1 &T2/3 In and Out DSL lines 4 gauges in total. T1 was already shutdown as FC is in the middle of repairs.
Technician removed old gauges and replaced with spike gauges provided by site. Technician then had the task of closing
down DSL dispensers 22-30. Due to truckers driving through barriers or moving barriers completely this step took longer then
intended. Once all dispensers had been blocked off properly tech was able to close DSL In for tank 2/3 then adequately bleed
pressure from line. Once pressure gauges read 0 technician removed old pressure gauges and installed new spike gauges to
monitor line spikes to determine if pressure is spiking higher then flex lines can tolerate. Once all gauges had been installed
technician then opened all ball valves on line and started a pump test to regain pressure on the lines. Once pressure had
been regained technician opened all dispensers to customer traffic. While preforming scope of work technician found 2
additional leaks on T1 &T2/3 DSL IN flex lines. Technician informed FC and manager Stoney. Manager Stoney was then
instructed to open an additional work order for FC to make necessary repairs. Checked out with Manager Stoney and with
Pilot Help Desk. Job Complete. New work order will be opened for additional repairs by FC.
Gilbarco/Veeder Root: C31371
ICC: 1024720612
