Call is for ongoing repairs to flex <br /> lines in 1-10, L8 sump and in Bio Shed. L8 T2-3 flex lines in sump will be addressed today. Manager has <br /> asked that site shutdown be postponed until after site inspection. While waiting for the okay to close site <br /> truck island all previous repairs were inspected. 2 very minor weeps were located in bio shed on a <br /> coupler and on flanges under flex lines. Flanges were tightened as well has coupler. Both repairs have <br /> held. Once the okay was given technician removed power to bio motor and closed all necessary ball <br /> valve to stop flow on pipes to be removed. FC crew discovered that there is actually 4 flex lines in sump <br /> 1 more then previously thought. FC crew does have an extra new flex line to complete repairs. <br /> Removed flexes 1 by oe, installed new fittings, pipe doped new fittings and installed with new flex lines. <br /> All flexes and fittings have been swapped per Pilots request. FC and technician will return tomorrow to <br /> monitor for any repairs needed. Checked out with site manager Stoney and on Pilot Tablet.
