Call is dispatched for preventative maintenance repairs to <br /> flex lines in Bio Shed and in L10 L8 Bio sumps. Call is a multi-day job scheduled from Monday to <br /> Wednesday. Today was to be 4 flex lines replaced in Bio shed. Flex lines on DSL in piping for T1 were <br /> replaced top and bottom. Wrong flex was sent for top piping a 12" was sent and a 10" was needed. <br /> Supervisor Jorge (FC) went to store to obtain correct part but could not locate a 10" flex. DSL in for T2-3 <br /> will be replaced when site is down tomorrow for further repairs as well as flexes in L10 sump. Verifed no <br /> leaks on repairs by pressurizing line. Checked out with site attendants. Call is for ongoing repairs to flex <br /> lines in L10, L8 sump and in Bio Shed. Bio shed tank 2-3 flex lines and L10 sump flex lines are to be <br /> replaced today. Team of 4 split into 2 groups 1 team to address T2-3 Bio shed flex lines and other team <br /> to address L10 sump flex lines. All dispensers on RV and truck side have been removed from service to <br /> avoid any injuries such as fuel spray. Team 1 T2-3 Removed upper flex line and Using parts repipe <br /> doped all fittings and added new fittings to accept new flexes. Installed new flex and moved to lower flex <br /> to make repairs. Once flex had been removed fitting for union was seized and unable to be removed in <br /> separate pieces. Nipple had to be removed as well. Applied pipe dope to all removed fittings and <br /> reinstalled new fittings and Flex Lines. Team 2 is tasked with removing and reinstalling 3 flex line 2 on <br /> Bio out line and 1 on DSL in line. Power had been shut off to motor. Flexes and upper piping removed. <br /> Once removed Pipe dope was applied and all piping and flexes reinstalled. Once all flexes had been <br /> installed power was returned to both motors and all ball valves opened for testing. All pumps are working <br /> and no leaks at any repair points. While testing it was reported by customer that dispenser 20 was not <br /> pumping. Preformed pump test on 19 which is fed by same tank as well as on D16, 15, 14, 13. All other <br /> pumps are working and issue is only with the one dispenser. Site will need to put in a ticket for D20 No <br /> Flow and issue will then be dispatched for repair. Checked out with site manager Red and on Pilot <br /> Tablet.
