No notification received. <br /> -4/24/2024 for a T1 TANK DIESEL PROBE OUT ALARM.The probe was replaced, like for like, using (PN: <br /> 846397-407) located at T1, notification on 5/5/2025 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Notification shall be provided to the CUPA at least 48 hours in advance of testing. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The EHD will not accept these results and testing must be rescheduled with a 48-hour <br /> notification. Immediately schedule these tests and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 26 CA Code of Regulations 2636(f)(4)2030017-Piping out of UDC is fail-safe/shut down, UDC leak shuts off pump/flow, <br /> or tightness test(TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION:The 87 STP did not shut down and did not meet the requirements for annual line tightness testing <br /> exemption.Additionally,the 91 in the BIO TLS-350 panel was not operational due to a blown fuse on the output relay <br /> module. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All pressurized piping with secondary containment shall be pressure tested at least once <br /> every 12 months at a minimum release detection of 0.1 gallons per hour at 150 percent of the normal operating <br /> pressure.
