Any changes in information and scope of worts must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 2, Provide written notification to usl(p)sipov.orq for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required)_ Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing_ <br /> a. Integrity testing of the bio-diesel shed sump, in accordance with manufacturer <br /> specifications. <br /> 3.
