JONES COVEY GROUP, INC. <br /> 9595 Lucas Ranch Rd. - Rancho Cucamonga- California 91730 <br /> Fueling Guardian Series 3 Phase 220-volt controller has been installed recently for Tank 2. Upon inspection found <br /> dipswitches on Guardian to be incorrect so they were switched to operate as alternating with T2 as Primary and T3 SCIII <br /> controller as Secondary. With correct switch setting alternating was working but found Guardian to go from Idle to <br /> switching on and off when Tank 3 was enabled.Troubleshot the controller with Bill from FFS Technical support and <br /> determined that the Guardian controller is defective when in alternate mode.Changed Switch settings on controllers to <br /> make T3 SCIII as primary and T2 Guardian as secondary but it did not resolve issues.The Guardian Controller will need <br /> to be replaced and all dipswitch setting set to alternate for both controllers. Power was shut off at breaker for T2 Guardian <br /> controller.At this time,we left T3 SCIII as Primary and proceeded to test the mechanical line leak detector.The LLD <br /> Failed to detect a 3.0GPH Leak rate se we made an adjustment at the VMI LLD.After adjusting, LLD continued to fail. <br /> We replaced the LLD like for like(PN#99LD-2000E){SN#71925)from Shawn's truck stock#168 and retested.With new <br /> LLD installed,testing passed,Cleaned up all work areas and opened site to monitor fueling.Tank 3 current operating <br /> pressure is 34psi and was not is slow flow after work was completed today. Return Trip needed to address Disp 21 hook <br /> signal and Tank 2 Guardian Controller.Checked out with driver kiosk and site manager at time of departure. <br /> Remaining repairs will be completed on P04160376594 with a power supply and electricians to check the wiring on#20 <br /> and#21. <br /> BUILDING BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS <br />
