Monitoring records <br /> include: (1)date and time of all monitoring or sampling; (2)monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records; <br /> (3)results of any visual observations; (4)results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field; (5)logs of all <br /> readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations, or other test results; (6)results of <br /> inventory readings and reconciliations. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. A copy was obtained during the inspection. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 68 CA Code of Regulations 2712(i), 2634(e)2030046-A current UST Response Plan has been submitted. <br /> OBSERVATION:An approved copy of the response plan was not available for inspection. The UST Response Plan on <br /> site is dated 10/27/2021 for former business Superstore Industries. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of this plan shall be accessible on site at all times. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: This was corrected on site. A copy of the current response plan for Lathrop Logistics was <br /> obtained and put in the binder on site during the inspection. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Routine UST Inspection <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection October 24, 2024. The report <br /> was amended the same day(October 24, 2024)to remove item#70 and replaces the initial report. The report <br /> was amended on April 9, 2025 to remove item#48 and replaces the initial report. All violations have already been <br /> corrected at time of amendment. No additional follow up is required. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($172).
