The 2024 routine overfill prevention testing is scheduled to be completed today <br /> 10/24/2024, 1 month past due.This was due by the end of September 2024. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October 13, <br /> 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing is performed in a timely manner. Ensure <br /> next routine Overfill Prevention Equipment Testing for 2027 is conducted by the end of September 2027. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 53 CA Health and Safety Code 25292.2; CCR 2711(a)(11)2010007-Submitted/maintained current Cert of Financial <br /> Responsibility/mech of financial assurance(TCR 11). <br /> OBSERVATION:Accurate financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD.
