The CDTFA Number in CERS: 230524064 in <br /> invalid. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The application for a permit to operate an underground storage tank shall include the <br /> CDTFA registration number issued to the owner of the tank, in accordance with HSC 25286. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), update the <br /> required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> 2)OBSERVATION: UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System <br /> (CERS).The new and used oil tanks have"None"entered for Riser Pipe Secondary Containment but the spill <br /> containers for both new and oil tanks were observed in sumps.The Riser Pipe Secondary Containment would be <br /> fiberglass since the spill containers and riser pipe are contained in a sump. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the <br /> EHD. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 3 CA Code of Regulations 2632(d)(1), 2634(d)2010013- Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST <br /> Monitoring Plan.. <br /> OBSERVATION:The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. The annular sump sensor listed <br /> for the Tank#10166883-002 is VR-302.
