CERS was updated to steel primary for riser. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 7 CA Code of Regulations 2715(a)(1)(B), 2715(a)(3)2010003-Owner/Operator submitted DO form and/or informed the <br /> CUPA of any change(s)within 30 days(TCR 10). <br /> OBSERVATION:A new designated operator, Saifullah Saighani, began conducting inspections on 5/10/2024 and <br /> notification was not provided to the EHD within 30 days of the change. <br /> The new designated operators, Nor Cal Petroleum Testing, have been conducting DO reports over 30 days and their <br /> new DO information have not been updated in CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The owner or operator shall submit a"Designated Underground Storage Tank Operator <br /> Identification Form" no later than 30 days after any change in the designated UST operator(s). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov and upload the notification identifying all the designated operators for this facility. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 25 CA Code of Regulations 2631(g),2632(c)(2)2030016- Annular space of LISTS are continuously monitored with an <br /> audible and visual alarm system (TCR 9d). <br /> OBSERVATION:The 87/91/diesel annular sensor was in sensor out alarm prior to testing therefore,the tank was not <br /> monitored. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The UST system shall be designed and constructed with a monitoring system capable of <br /> detecting leaks from primary containment into secondary containment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. <br /> FA0000174 PR0231585 SCO01 01/14/2025 <br /> EHD Rev.12/06/2021 Page 5 of 7 CP22-UST FULL OIR <br /> 1868 E.
