Date: 06/17/2024 <br /> Manufacturer training: FFS Phase 110/23/25 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On-site for 87,91 and diesel tank overfill protection equipment(OPE)replacement with shut-off valve(flapper). <br /> Verified correct equipment and technician certifications. <br /> Verified tank charts,calculations, and drop tube measurements, such that OPE triggers shut off at 94%tank volume. <br /> Verified flapper functionality. <br /> Ball floats were removed prior to arriving on site. Vent lines were clear upon inspection. <br /> Note:The diesel and 91 spill buckets were replaced'like for like"(FF phi]-tite), notification was provided on site,and the start of <br /> the spill container testing was witnessed. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them <br /> sign. Starting September 1, 2018,all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($162).
