The site submitted, to the LEA, a facility permit revision application to increase the daily <br />tons received limit. The application was accepted by the LEA on July 18, 2025. The required <br />public informational meeting was completed on August 26, 2025. The revised Solid Waste <br />Facility Permit (SWFP) was issued by the LEA and concurred on by CalRecycle on December <br />1, 2025. The revised SWFP increases the permitted maximum tonnage to 4000 tons and <br />1200 vehicles per day. Waste can be received between 6 am - 5 pm, seven days a week. <br /> <br />11. One violation on the November report for Drainage and Erosion Control has been <br />resolved. Two areas of concern on the November report for Daily Cover and Grading of Fill <br />Surfaces have been resolved.
