The <br /> handling and processing is conducted by a contractor, Olivera Enterprises Inc. This <br /> waste is ground on-site, mixed with additives or supplements, an shipped off-site. <br /> Title 14 California Code of Regulations section 17862.1, Chipping and Grinding <br /> Operations, requires that testing be done on chipped and ground material that is being <br /> land applied. The testing consists of physical contamination limits, maximum metal <br /> concentrations and pathogen density limits.
