Violations 27 CCR 21600 - Report of Disposal Site Information The site Joint Technical Document section 8 discusses Wood Waste handling. The handling and processing is conducted by a contractor, Olivera Enterprises Inc. This waste is ground on-site, mixed with additives or supplements, an shipped off-site. Title 14 California Code of Regulations section 17862.1, Chipping and Grinding Operations, requires that testing be done on chipped and ground material that is being land applied. The testing consists of physical contamination limits, maximum metal concentrations and pathogen density limits.
