STORE as of January 09, 2025. <br />Open violations from October 10, 2024 inspection <br />Violation #3 - 1010017 -Business plan readily available to site personnel responsible for emergency <br />response or training. <br />OBSERVATION: At time of inspection, Emergency Response Contingency Plan was not on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by <br />this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br />unified program Facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br />This violation was corrected <br />❑ Su000rtina documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />5 <br />Violation #4 - 1010008 -Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as complete/accurate on or <br />before the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. <br />- In 2022, the CERS Submittal was made on 1/19/2024, 4 days late. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 ofthe previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the <br />annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. <br />This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
