Jan 14 2025 2:34pm <br />The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been <br />addressed for ERNiES GENERAL STORE as of January 09, 2025. <br />Open violations from October 107 2024 inspection <br />Violation #11 - 1010005 -Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete, due to missing the following: <br />- No loading zone <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: site map that contains north orientation, adjacent streets, access and exit points, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency response equipment, and, if <br />present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, as well as additional map <br />requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (GFRs) at <br />http:Hcers.calepa,ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This violation was corrected <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Violation #12 - 1010010 -Electronically submitted adequate response planlprocedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmatI <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response(ER) procedures were or inadequate. <br />- Only 2 of the 4 pages from the Emergency Response Contingency Plan were submitted into CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: -immediate notification of <br />local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (END) - procedures for the mitigation of a <br />release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment - <br />evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Report <br />ing System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />)4 <br />This violation was corrected <br />❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br />❑ Supporting documents included <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />C� <br />
