The 2023 annual submittal was submitted late on <br />1/18/23. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Corrected Onsite. Corrected on 1/18/23. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508(a)(1) 1010003 - Business Owner/Operator ID and Business Activities pages <br />electronically submitted and are accurate. <br />OBSERVATION: The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not submitted or complete. Farming operation <br />has more than 6,000 gallons of petroleum product onsite and has not answer "no" to APSA under CERS Business <br />Activities Section. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 9 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for Farming operation were not reported.
