All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #7 Hot and Cold Holding Temperatures <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pickles and lettuce in the two door Atosa prep cooler on the left in the deli was observed at 55 F. <br />Adjust/repair cooler so that it maintains food at 41 F or lower. Do not store potentially hazardous food in this cooler until it has <br />been repaired. Correct today. <br />The peppers in the two door Atosa prep cooler on the right in the deli were observed at 47 F. Adjust cooler so that it maintains <br />food at 41 F or lower. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br />This is (Major) Violation. <br />MAJOR <br /> #6 Handwashing Facilities Supplied and Accessible <br />OBSERVATIONS: The soap dispenser at the bakery hand sink is in disrepair and does not dispense soap. Repair/replace <br />dispenser so that it is in good working order and stocked at all times.
