The following three years of submittals were made <br />on: <br />2024 Submittal- 4/22/24 (Late) <br />2023 Submittal- 2/6/23 (Late) <br />2022 Submittal- 5/17/22 (Late) <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: About 1,305 cubic feet of CO2 and 55 gallons of Mineral Spirits were at the facility and were not <br />reported on CERS. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete, as it is missing and arrow indicating north orientation. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The site map is required to contain an indicator of north orientation, adjacent streets, <br />access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency <br />response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, <br />as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br /> 11 <br />FA0009002 PR0521256 SC 001 11/04/2024 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 2 of 4 <br />1868 E.
