Environmental Health Department <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />November 04, 2024 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 17707 E HWY 26 , LINDEN <br /> Facility Name: <br /> PURVIANCE DRILLERS INC <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: The emergency response (ER) procedures were lacking or inadequate. The phone number for the <br />nearest medical facility/hospital was found missing. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br />- immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />- procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />- evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 12 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection report was provided to the facility on the day of inspection. Four violations were observed, with one <br />being corrected on-site. <br />Hazardous Materials Observed On-Site: <br />~ 1,305cubic feet of CO2 (gas) <br />~ 1,212 cubic feet of O2 (gas) <br />~ 951 cubic feet of NOS (gas) <br />~ 129 cubic feet of Acetylene (gas) <br />~ 55 gallons of Mineral Spirits <br />~ 440 gallons of Motor Oil <br />~ 1,000 gallons of Diesel <br />~ 500 gallons of Gasoline <br />~ 55 gallons of PVC Solvent <br />~ 220 gallons of Waste Oil <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the inspection report. <br />FA0009002 PR0521256 SC 001 11/04/2024 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 3 of 4 <br />1868 E.
