State Rt. 99, Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to do the following on the underground storage tank (UST) system at the above <br /> noted address: <br /> • Replace the monitoring panel with a TLS 450 <br /> • Replace all (87, 91, and diesel) leak detectors <br /> • Replace all (87, 91, and diesel) flexible piping <br /> • Repair penetration boots in all piping sumps, fill sumps, and UDCs <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for written approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new submittals supersede previous ones. <br /> 3. Email notification to ust(aD-sjgov.orq to arrange the following inspection appointments. <br /> All appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. <br /> a. Monitoring system functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system, including all <br /> sensors, must be verified to ensure monitoring has been restored to meet the <br /> requirements of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 23 and California Health <br /> & Safety Code (HSC) Chapter 6.7. A copy of the alarm history shall be printed prior <br /> to replacing the monitoring panel, and made available at the time of EHD <br /> inspection. <br /> b. Leak detector test: Verify the device can detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br /> Verify line volumes are appropriate for the make and model of the installed leak <br /> detectors. <br /> 1868 E.
