CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> ONE GROUND WATER MONITORING WELL <br /> Permit No.RP24-0284 <br /> Date: February 06, 2023 <br /> Well Location: 819 N Hunter St, Stockton CA, 95202 <br /> Permittee: WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure Inc. <br /> 1281 East Alluvial Avenue Suite 101 <br /> Fresno, CA 93720 <br /> In accordance with SMC 16.72.127, a permit revocable at the discretion of the Community <br /> Development Director of the City of Stockton is hereby granted to: <br /> WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure Inc. <br /> To install and maintain one ground water monitoring well, installed near 819 N Hunter St. <br /> This permit is granted under the following terms and conditions: <br /> 1. This revocable permit is granted subject to the Standard Conditions Applicable to <br /> Revocable Permits adopted by this City Council by Resolution No. 00-0554 in 2000 <br /> and amended on July 14, 2020 under Resolution No. 2020-07-14-1104 on file in <br /> the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Stockton and a copy of which is attached <br /> as Exhibit 1 and incorporated by this reference. <br /> 2. The general location of the monitoring well shall be as shown on the map attached. <br /> The precise location shall be determined in the field by the City of Stockton. In no <br /> case shall any monitoring well be installed within a travel lane. <br />
