Revocable Permit No. RP24-0284 <br /> WSP USA ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE INC. <br /> Page 3 <br /> 12. The Permittee shall maintain adequate sight distance during installation, <br /> maintenance, or sampling of the monitoring well. Additionally, service trucks shall <br /> not obstruct pedestrian paths, driveways, and sidewalks. <br /> 13. The Permittee has posted a performance bond in the amount of $1,500.00 (one <br /> thousand five hundred dollars)with the City of Stockton, which will remain in effect <br /> during the life of this permit. <br /> 14. Upon completion of well monitoring, the well shall be abandoned in accordance <br /> with the requirements of San Joaquin County Public Health Services. <br /> 15. The Permittee shall be wholly responsible to adjust all well boxes/vaults to any and <br /> all grade changes that occur in the subject area due to construction, demolition, or <br /> any other occurrence. <br /> 15.
