8. WET OPERATION-Once material starts filling collection hopper below the Turbo <br /> Separator,turn on organics pumping system located on the control panel (or <br /> remote control panel). Do not operate organics pump without material. <br /> 9. Turn on infeed conveyor by pressing green square start button located on <br /> variable frequency drive marked"Twin Screw#1",then "Twin Screw#2" (or <br /> Drag Chain or Cleated Belt Conveyor) <br /> 10. Verify speeds of infeed screws (or belt/drag chain conveyor) per <br /> recommendation from Scott Equipment training for your product type <br /> 11. Starting at 20-30hz is a good starting range. <br /> 12. Add product to infeed hopper <br /> 13. Adjust HERTZ up or down on the infeed conveyor(s)to affect infeed rate for <br /> processing specific materials. HERTZ is the only adjustment that will be made <br /> on the VFD controllers. <br /> 14. Review the organics and packaging output for desired quality level.
