1 <br /> v <br /> NorCal <br /> Ouelworm.c. <br /> CSLB#1115311 <br /> August 20,2024 <br /> Afzal Ahmadi <br /> Excel Petroleum,Inc. <br /> 6131 Pacific Avenue <br /> Site Number:(209)952-4862 <br /> Cell:(209)221-3502 <br /> Email:excell.p101@gmail.com <br /> Subject:Dispenser Installation with Veeder-Root Cold Start and ISD Rom Upgrade <br /> Scope of Services(SOS): <br /> 1) Submit permit applications to SJVAPCD,SJEHD,for approval.Permits are to be paid by Owner. <br /> 2) Disconnect four(4)3+0 Gilbarco Encore 500s dispensers and set aside for disposal by others. <br /> 3) Disconnect and cap fuel,vapor,and electrical piping. <br /> 4) Disconnect four(4)Assist Vapor Flow meters. <br /> 5) Install Owner provided four(4)Bravo universal conversion plates. <br /> 6) Install four(2)3+0 and(2)3+1 Owner provided remanufactured Gilbarco Encore 700s. <br /> 7) Install piping from existing fuel lines and impact valves to dispensers. <br /> 8) Install piping from existing vapor lines to Balance Vapor Flow Meters. <br /> 9) Pipe and install electrical from existing dispenser junction box. <br /> 10) Purge UST product lines,dispenser product lines,and dispenser fuel meters of air.Calibrate fuel meters and complete <br /> DIMS procedures. <br /> 11) Start up four(4)remanufactured dispensers and configure for EMV. <br /> 12) Cold-Start Monitor Panel and install the following provided by the Owner: <br /> A) ECPU2 with NVMEM if needed. <br /> B) CARB approved ISD ROM software revision 336.02 with ISD version 1.06 per permit conditions. <br /> 13) Grade map all gasoline grades to the ISD module. <br /> 14) Conduct Start-up Source testing of equipment with SJVAPCD. <br /> 15) Conduct Monitor Certification with SJEHD. <br /> 16) Deliver final project documentation. <br />
