NCFW,Inc. to provide the following hardware: <br /> • Labor per above SOS. <br /> • Materials to pipe fuel product lines, vapor lines, and electrical lines. <br /> • Provide four(4)Balance Vapor Flow Meters. <br /> Exclusions:The following exclusions are NOT INCLUDED and may affect the project timeline and cost if <br /> encountered during the course of the construction. If any of the items identified below require attention <br /> and alter the Scope of services;a written approval in advance will be required by the Owner and/or <br /> his/her agent before proceeding: <br /> A. Repairs to conduits and or other electrical equipment. <br /> B. Old dispensers will be left on site to be hauled off by Owner. <br /> C. Engineered or stamped drawings. <br /> D. Permits Fees from any agency are not included. <br /> E. Structural calculations or drawings. <br /> F. Owner to provide ISD software, conversion plates, and EMV equipment. <br /> G. Additional parts or equipment that may be required by the City, County or other State Agency. <br /> H. NCFW,Inc., will not be responsible for compliance failures due to leaks, unforeseen or hidden <br /> defects. <br /> I. Any repairs or re-testing outside of SOS will require a change order.All change order will need to <br /> be authorized in writing before additional work is started. <br /> J. Any additional trips outside of the scope of services will be billed at a time/material basis. <br /> K.
