Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />1/28/2025 <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />January 28, 2025 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 2601 REYNOLDS RANCH PKWY, LODI <br /> Facility Name: <br /> SOURDOUGH & CO <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br />unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25508.2 1010008 - Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as <br />complete/accurate on or before the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: A business plan or inventory has not been submitted for 2024 or 2025. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 4 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information <br />electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: A 550 pound bulk CO2 tank was observed at the facility and not reported. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br />facility's business plan. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 10 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(2) 1010005 - Site Map with all required content electronically submitted. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete as the aboveground diesel tank is not indicated. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The site map is required to contain an indicator of north orientation, adjacent streets, <br />access and exit points, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, emergency <br />response equipment, and, if present, loading areas, internal roads, storm and sewer drains, and emergency shutoffs, <br />as well as additional map requirements the governing body of the unified program agency finds necessary. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca . <br />This is (Minor) Violation. <br /> 11 <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(3) 1010010 - Electronically submitted adequate response plan/procedures for <br />release/threatened release of hazmat. <br />OBSERVATION: An Emergency Response Plan addressing the Hazardous Materials has not been made for the <br />facility. <br /> 12 <br />FA0025913 PR0548084 SC001 01/28/2025 <br />EHD Rev. 12/06/2021 CP22 - HMBP OIRPage 3 of 5 <br />1868 E.
