Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />1/28/2025 <br />CP22 - HMBP Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />January 28, 2025 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 2601 REYNOLDS RANCH PKWY, LODI <br /> Facility Name: <br /> SOURDOUGH & CO <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release <br />or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br />- immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />- procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />- evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br />CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(4) 1020001 - Established and electronically submitted adequate training <br />program. <br />OBSERVATION: Training programs for all employees and annual training , including refresher courses, shall include <br />familiarity with the facility's Emergency response plans and procedures in the event of a release or threatened release <br />of a hazardous material. The facility did not have a training program addressing these issues at the time of inspection. <br />Training shall cover , but not limited to, all of the following: <br />(A) Immediate notification contacts to the appropriate local emergency response personnel and to the unified program <br />agency. <br />(B) Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment. <br />(C) Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the business site. These training programs may <br />take into consideration the position of each employee. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare or update the facility's training program, log into the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and <br />submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 13 <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />This Full and Amended Inspection Report replaces the previous inspection checklist . Consent for the inspection <br />was provided from the manager via phone. Eight violations were observed.
