The Pacific Bell UE17L Water System shall comply with the following permit conditions: <br />PERMIT CONDITIONS <br />2. The Pacific Bell UE17L Water System shall comply with all the requirements set forth <br />in the California Safe Drinking Water Act, California Health and Safety Code and any <br />regulations, standards adopted thereunder. <br />CROSS CONNECTION CONTROL <br />6 The Pacific Bell UE17L Water System shall comply with Title 17 of the California Code <br />of Regulations (CCR), to prevent the water system and treatment facilities from being <br />contaminated from possible cross-connections. The Pacific Bell UE17L Water System <br />shall maintain a program for the protection of the domestic water system against <br />backflow from premises having dual or unsafe water systems in accordance with Title <br />17. All backflow prevention devices shall be tested annually. <br />Capacity <br />5HP <br />Status <br />Active <br />Source <br />Well #1 <br />PS Code <br />3901086-001 <br />All water supplied by the Company for domestic purposes shall meet all Maximum <br />Contaminant Levels (MCL) established by the State Department of Health Services. If <br />the water quality does not comply with the California Drinking Water Standards, <br />treatment shall be provided to meet standards. <br />No changes, additions, or modifications shall be made to the sources or treatment <br />mentioned in Conditions 2 and 3 unless an amended water permit has first been <br />obtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br />BACTERIOLOGICAL MONITORING <br />8 A procedural violation will be issued to the Pacific Bell UE17L Water System, if the <br />EHD does not receive acceptable Routine or Repeat samples results by the 10th of the <br />following month of the required monitoring event. Any Routine or Repeat sample result <br />reported to have detectable chlorine levels above 0.05 parts per million (ppm) will not be <br />accepted by the EHD. <br />______Facility <br />None <br />7 The Pacific Bell UE17L Water System shall begin immediately maintaining an <br />acceptable complaint log shall submit a written statement to EHD by January 10th of <br />each year, describing Pacific Bell UE17L Water System complaint program, including <br />who receives complaints and how they are recorded and handled. Any incidents of <br />illness shall be reported to EHD within 24 hours.
