And WHEREAS: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />5. <br />-2- <br />THEREFORE: The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has <br />determined the following: <br />THE Pacific Bell Corp. IS HEREBY ISSUED THIS DOMESTIC WATER <br />SUPPLY PERMIT TO OPERATE THE Pacific Bell UE17L Water System. <br />The SBC Environmental Management has submitted all of the required information <br />relating to the proposed operation of the Pacific Bell UE17L Water System. <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has evaluated all of <br />the information submitted by the SBC Environmental Management and has <br />conducted a physical investigation of the proposed Pacific Bell UE17L Water <br />System. <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department has delegated <br />authority to issue domestic water supply permits pursuant to Health and Safety Code <br />Section 116540. <br />The Pacific Belli 7L Water System meets the criteria for and is hereby classified as <br />a Non Transient Non-Community water system. <br />The applicant has demonstrated that the proposed Pacific Bell UE17L Water <br />System has sufficient source capacity to serve the anticipated water demand for at <br />least ten years. <br />The design of the proposed water system complies with the Water Works Standards <br />and all applicable regulations. <br />The applicant has demonstrated adequate technical, managerial, and financial <br />capacity to reliably operate the proposed water system. <br />Provided the following conditions are complied with, the Pacific Bell UE17L Water <br />System should be capable of providing water to consumers that is pure, wholesome, <br />and potable and in compliance with statutory and regulatory drinking water <br />requirements at all times.
