The Pacific Bell UE-17L Water System shall comply with all the requirements set forth <br />in the California Safe Drinking Water Act, California Health and Safety Code and any <br />regulations, standards adopted thereunder. <br />Status <br />Active <br />Capacity <br />Unknown gpm <br />2. The only sources approved for potable water supp y are as follows: <br />Source <br />Well #1 <br />PS Code <br />3901086 -001 <br />All water supplied by the Company for domestic purposes shall meet all Maximum <br />Contaminant Levels (MCL) established by the State Department of Health Services. If <br />the water quality does not comply with the California Drinking Water Standards, <br />treatment shall be provided to meet standards. <br />No changes, additions, or modifications shall be made to the sources or treatment <br />mentioned in Conditions 2 and 3 unless an amended water permit has first been <br />obtained from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br />BACTERIOLOGICAL MONITORING <br />8 A procedural violation will be issued to the Pacific Bell UE-17L Water System, if the <br />EHD does not receive acceptable Routine or Repeat samples results by the 10th of the <br />following month of the required monitoring event. Any Routine or Repeat sample result <br />reported to have detectable chlorine levels above 0.05 parts per million (ppm) will not be <br />accepted by the EHD. <br />CROSS CONNECTION CONTROL <br />6 The Pacific Bell UE-17L Water System shall comply with Title 17 of the California <br />Code of Regulations (CCR) and California Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) Section 1620, <br />to prevent the water system and treatment facilities from being contaminated from <br />possible cross-connections. The Pacific Bell UE-17L Water System shall maintain a <br />program for the protection of the domestic water system against backflow from premises <br />having dual or unsafe water systems in accordance with Title 17 and conduct a cross- <br />connection control survey every four years in accordance with the UPC. All backflow <br />prevention devices shall be tested annually. The reports of the test and survey shall be <br />submitted to EHD by the 10th of the following month the work was performed. <br />ELECTRONIC ANNUAL REPORT <br />7 California Department of Public Health has implemented an electronic process for <br />submitting a mandatory report, called the Electronic Annual Report to the Drinking <br />Water Program. The report can be accessed and completed through a website on the <br />internet called the DRINC Portal (http://drinc.ca.gov/eai7 ). The Pacific Bell UE-17L <br />Water System shall submit a completed Electronic Annual Report by June 30 of <br />each year. <br />3 The approved treatment include the following processes: <br />______Facility <br />None
