None for Xpress Gas&Mart 4 Inc were observed on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:The emergency response plans and procedures,the inventory of information required by <br /> this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the <br /> unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 5 CA Health and Safety Code 25508.1(a)-(f) 1010006- Updated within 30 days of 100% increase or new haz; change of <br /> address/owner/name; or change in ops. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the inspection, Manager Mohammad Siddiqi stated that the new owners took over November <br /> 5, 2024. Updates in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)was not updated until February 6, 2025. <br /> The business has not updated and submitted the information within 30 days. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the <br /> information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): a) A 100 percent or more increase <br /> in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. b) Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> c) A change of business or facility address d)Change business ownership e)Change of business name f)(1) A <br /> substantial change in the handler's operations occurs that requires modification to any portion of the business plan.
