McKenzie <HMcKenzie@aaconcretesupply.com>
Subject: RE: Plant Inspection Due 6-27-2027- Compliance Date Request Signed

WARNING: The sender is from outside the organization
Hello,

Please see below for the final open violations:

#10 – A statement from A&A Concrete that 5 year reviews of the SPCC Plan will be conducted moving forward is needed
to close this violation
#61 – This violation is for not testing the overfill. There is not really an explanation on how they have been tested. Please
provide information on how these are being tested in order to close the violation. The testing letter just says they were
tested but I was looking to see how they are being and were tested. The monthly inspection log conducted 4/1/2025
stated “overfill was tested” but how was it or was this comment that it was tested during your inspection? The monthly
inspection 4/1/2025 also has “NA” marked off for the audible horn or light test button. The overfill methods marked
state there is an audible or visual signal, and audible or code signal – how are those being tested for functionality if there
isn’t a test button? Are there sensors that are being removed to trigger the alarms?
