All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate <br />closure of the food facility. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> #21 Hot and Cold Potable Water Not Available <br />OBSERVATIONS: Take action to improve/increase the hot water pressure at the 3-comp sink. Correct prior to operation. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all <br />times. (113953(c), 114099.2(b) 114101(a), 114189, 114192, 114192.1, 114195) <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #54 Not in Compliance with Commissary Requirements <br />OBSERVATIONS: Verification of commissary is needed prior to issuance of a permit . <br />Provide the verification of commissary form to Kadeanne Linhares (klinhares@sjgov.org) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. The mobile food facility fails to operate in conjunction with a commissary a mobile support unit. <br />[§114295(a)] 2. The mobile food facility is not stored in a location approved by the enforcement agency. [§114295(c)] 3. Mobile support <br />unit is not operated out of a commissary. [§114295(d)] <br />This is (Minor - Food) Violation. <br /> #56 Lack of Proper Owner Identification <br />OBSERVATIONS: The trailer lacks proper signage. <br />Provide: the business name in 3" minimum lettering, the owner's name in 1" minimum lettering, and the commissary city, <br />state and zip code in 1" minimum lettering. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: 1. The business name or the name of the operator, city state and ZIP code, and the name of the permittee if <br />different from the business name is not clearly visible on the customer side of the mobile food facility. [§114299(a)] 2. Business or <br />operator name is not at least 3 inches high and address is not one inch high. [§114299(b)] 3. Sign is not in contrasting color with the <br />vehicle exterior. [§114299(b)] 4.
