The hot water at the hand <br />sink is 97F. Immediately increase the temperature of the hot water at the 3-comp sink and the 2-comp sink to 120F minimum. <br />ASM called someone out to expedite service for the hot water. In the mean time all warewashing shall occur at the Bakery <br />dishmachine. <br />Provide proof of correction by 2 weeks or a chargeable re-inspection will occur. <br />MINOR: Increase the temperature of the hot water at the hand sink to 100F. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided at all <br />times.
